San Jose Get Well Flower Delivery

My recipient received the arrangement on time and was thrilled with it. She sent me a picture. It is a beautiful arrangement and it is substantially the same as advertised. That said, I chose this arrangement for the color of the orchids and was a little disappointed that the orchids received looked more mauve than coral.

Delivery was earlier than expected. Communication to inform me of the delivery was immediate. Great over-the-phone customer service and the arrangement delivered was beautiful. She loved it!

I called Ivy from Arizona on the day of my daughter's birthday to ask if she could prepare and deliver flowers to her on the same day. Ivy was wonderfully helpful, patient, and accommodating. She not only created a beautiful arrangement: she delivered it herself the same afternoon. I have added her contact information for future occasions when I wish to order flowers for someone in the San Jose area.

The flowers turned out beautifully and my friend was so happy she sent me a picture of herself with the bouquet. My only suggestion is that Flowers by Ivy send a picture of the exact bouquet that was sent instead of the stock picture in the delivery confirmation, because when I went to my friends’ house, the bouquet was even nicer than the picture and they had in fact accommodated a request I’d made that wasn’t reflected in the stock photo. Very happy with this florist. I’m a first time customer and will definitely be a return customer!

The bouquet that I ordered for my sister for her birthday was absolutely gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️❤️! She was thrilled with it and the flowers were even more beautiful than the picture . The price was extremely reasonable and the delivery was on time , even though I ordered them the day before I needed them delivered. I definitely recommend this florist !

Wonderful customer service! And beautiful arrangement. I noted that I wanted the flowers delivered before a certain time & Flowers by Ivy was happy to accommodate. They delivered the flowers right to my senior mom's front door which is a private apartment building. They also sent me a text/photo letting me know it was delivered. Flowers by Ivy is amazing & I will definitely use them again.
